There is not any correlative kinematic motion between the three functions, so if one of the two suction nozzles fails to hold the yarn, it must repeat its cycle, meanwhile the other waits holding the yarn. The cycle is completed with the splice only when both nozzles have brought the two ends of yarn into the proper position.

Electronic yarn clearer and yarn tensor

The electronic yarn clearer can provide a total and constant control for yarn quality according to the set data on the control unit of the yarn clearers . Any detects detected by the clearer are automatically removed, so ensures to get a perfect package yarn quality. Intelligent closed-loop tension control ensures a constant winding density and a uniform tension of yarn, The accurate control on the yarn tension enables to get a winding speed as high as possible as well as ensures the perfect quality of yarn and package.

Splicer

Every single head is equipped with monitoring alarm system.Which can show the alarm information to the operator at real-time.
Middle yarn detector and yarn preclearer
The middle yarn detector is stable, reliable and sensitive, and its sensitivity can be set on the man-machine interface according to the local circumstance and yarn type. The yarn per-clearer can separate some bigger nep effectively so as to get better package quality.
Control unit of electronic yarn clearers
The clearing yarn parameters can be set according to requirement of yarn quality. The yarn defect size and quantity can be counted accurately as well as classified.
Man-machine interface
Each function in the winding process is controlled by computer: yarn quality, barrel yarn quality, production quality, control of all peripheral devices and energy consumption. The computer is equipped with touch display, the data is displayed on the screen in text description, and all electronic functions can be self diagnosed. Alarm display can be given for relevant quality parameters deviating from the standard.
Yarn anti-kink device
The device can keep a constant distance between itself and the nose of the tube, combines its action with the square balloon breaker and observably modifies the shape of the balloon, drastically reducing unwinding tension. The device also combines with the tensor action, contributes to a considerable reduction in winding tension. During splicing, the device, coming into contact with the nose of the tube, resists yarn kink and reduces yarn waste.
Uniform yarn tension and waxing
The electromagnetism adding or reducing pressure device centralized controlled via the computer, which is equipped with step-motor and tension wheel, thus efficiently ensure yarn quality. The yarn is waxed with a positively driven adjustable deflection device that ensures waxing uniformity.
Computer Intelligent Winding System, Package Cradle And Grooved Drum
The computer intelligent winding system can solve the problems such as anti-patterning, coil slippage which troubled the textile industry, thus ensure to supply the high-efficient unwinding for next process. The distribution of yarn on each package is controlled by the computer; the servo instruction will be send to correct the drive ration between package and grooved drum at critical diameter. The package cradles with high-precision adjustment supply the favorable winding condition for package winding. The special treated metal grooved drum was driven directly by means of motor, the optimization groove design and surface treatment on the drum ensures high-speed winding action and the shaping quality of package.
